about

ALL PROFITS MADE FROM THIS ALBUM WILL BE DONATED TO GREENPEACE'S "SAVE THE ARCTIC" CAMPAIGN.

Rumpistol writes about the release:

"While working on finishing my upcoming album, I thought I'd share this collection of remixes from last years "Floating" album with you.
Some of the remixes you might already have heard while others are unreleased.

The 9 remixers featured come from different parts of the electronic sphere, and I hope that this collection will encourage you to check out their music.

I also thought that I could use this release to generate a little awareness of the melting Arctic.

The Arctic is melting because of our use of fossil fuel energy.
Three-quarters has vanished within the last 30 years, while companies and governments continue to drill for oil in the melting waters.

The ironic thing is that we're all part of the problem because of how we're living our day to day lives, and the way we all depend on oil and electricity.

Big respect goes out to Greenpeace for starting this campaign, to Red Baron for supplying the vocals, to all the remixers who generously donated the tracks and last but not least to Project:Mooncircle & VME for believing in the original material."
